Fulfillment Policy


We are a digital advertising agency offering services on a monthly retainer basis. Our services include Google, Facebook advertising and e-commerce marketing.

Payment and Refunds

  • Upon signing up, clients are required to pay a monthly retainer fee in advance.
  • Work will commence upon receipt of the initial payment.
  • If a client wishes to cancel their services, they must notify us in writing (email is acceptable) within 7 business days of the initial payment. A full refund will be issued after this notice period.
  • If a client wishes to cancel services after the 7-day notice period, and work has already commenced, a partial refund will be issued. The partial refund will be calculated by subtracting the value of services already rendered from the initial retainer fee. Services will be valued based on our standard hourly rates.

Process for Refunds

  1. The client must submit a written cancellation request via email.
  2. Our team will review the request to determine the refund amount.
  3. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the written cancellation request.

Important Notes

  • This fulfillment policy is subject to change. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time.
  • Our services are non-refundable outside of the conditions outlined in this policy.
  • Any disputes regarding refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
