A previous PPC freelancer and independent consultant, Arik managed projects for large international eCommerce websites within the fashion and medical fields and many other niches in the US, UK, Canadian, and Australian markets before co-founding ROI Escalator. A longstanding veteran of PPC advertising, Arik worked in leading online marketing agencies, including TenClick and Gorni Interactive.

Inna brings to ROI Escalator over ten years of finance and HR experience across a variety of different businesses. She managed a branch of an academic writing and editing business for three years, and has gained considerable insight into effective collaborative work from her academic background. Inna holds a BSc in Behavioral Science and Human Resources and an MA in Sociology.
