ROI Escalator was founded by Igor and Arik — two digital marketing innovators who came together with a decade of experience each and armfuls of creative energy between them. Arik (a veteran of the early days of Google AdWords) and Igor (an established Director of Digital Marketing) first met in 2014. They quickly understood that their combined abilities will enable them to offer a unique advantage to clients looking to grow their business online, so they merged their two companies to form ROI Escalator.
Since then, ROI Escalator has moved into bright new offices, recruited a sizable team, and now delivers exceptional PPC, website development, and Conversion Rate Optimization services to a long list of satisfied clients. As always, we remain focused on exceptional results for our clients. Our innovative digital marketing process is based on rigorous methodology, constant testing, and a good dose of passion for success — and this is why it actually works.

Co-founder, Director of Strategy
Igor combines solid senior-level strategic marketing experience with specialized web development expertise. Igor brought success to hundreds of satisfied clients as an independent marketing strategist and mentor for six years. Before that, he served as Director of Digital Marketing for Ben Gurion University.
Co-Founder, Director of Media
Arik leads traffic acquisition for ROI Escalator’s clients with his signature rigorous methodology and hyperfocus on detail.
A previous PPC freelancer and independent consultant, Arik managed projects for large international eCommerce websites within the fashion and medical fields and many other niches in the US, UK, Canadian, and Australian markets before co-founding ROI Escalator. A longstanding veteran of PPC advertising, Arik worked in leading online marketing agencies, including TenClick and Gorni Interactive, and as an account manager for Livecity.
Inna brings to ROI Escalator over ten years of finance and HR experience across a variety of different businesses. She managed a branch of an academic writing and editing business for three years, and has gained considerable insight into effective collaborative work from her academic background. Inna holds a BSc in Behavioral Science and Human Resources and an MA in Sociology.
